Your Ideas & Dreams
The Custom Cabinet Process
Our beautiful cabinetry cannot be built without careful planning. That planning begins with our customers and their ideas. Once the customer has had a chance to convey their ideas to us, then the process begins.
Take this quick tour through that process to find out more:
-
Client shares their plan and ideas

An idea, a sketch, an architect’s drawing… the customer’s thoughts begin the process. We take a look at the customer’s ideas and offer some preliminary feedback. We also offer free estimates for the cost of the cabinetry they are interested in. If requested, an estimate can include different options to help the customer make decisions, of which there are always plenty.

Working with the designer

Once the customer has had a chance to review the preliminary estimate, the next step is the design process. Whether the customer has their own designer or they need us to provide one, this is when the client’s ideas begin to come to life. With the designer, the customer will be able to see their ideas flushed out and are able to get the designer’s opinion on the layout, placement and look of the cabinetry.

Pre-production planning

After the designer’s work is completed, it will be submitted along with a final cabinetry estimate for approval by the customer. Once approved, the design will be moved from the design phase to the cabinet planning phase. This is where each part of a kitchen gets meticulously planned and cut listed so it can be created in our shop.

Implementation

The next step is building the cabinets and their parts. From the cut lists, we can create each part of a cabinet from within a thousandth of an inch. The careful planning allows us to make each part of our cabinets individually and then put them together, after paint, and have them fit perfectly.

Installed Cabinetry

After all the parts of a kitchen are finished and assembled, they are then sent off for installation in the home. Because of our careful planning and precise construction, your cabinets will have the most seamless and well fit look possible.

Realization of the Dream

Once the cabinetry is completed, sent out and installed, the last step is simple. Enjoy your cabinetry. After all… it was your idea.
